We are seeking an experienced SAP Record-to-Report (R2R) Lead to drive the design, delivery and optimisation of our clients’ SAP Finance landscape. As the SAP R2R Lead, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end R2R processes, leading project teams, and ensuring that SAP solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration and implementation of SAP R2R processes (FI/CO, GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Closing & Reporting).
• Serve as the primary SME for R2R across SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Oversee integration points with other SAP modules (P2P, O2C, MM, SD, etc.).
• Manage and guide project teams through full project lifecycles, including blueprinting, testing, cutover and hypercare.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of Finance processes.
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors and global teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to junior SAP team members.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in SAP Finance with a strong focus on R2R.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred) or ECC.
• Experience with end-to-end finance processes, month-end activities, reporting and controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
